FAQ

  • All parcels will be shipped using Australia Post.

  • After orders are dispatched, customers must contact the delivery service (Australia Post) for delivery inquiries. The shop is not responsible for lost parcels after dispatch.

  • Every piece is available in limited stock as the business is in its early stages, with plans to expand the size range in the future.

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched every Friday or Saturday.

  • Pre-order items are dispatched after a month.

  • Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items will be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready unless separate shipments are arranged (additional shipping fees apply).

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to sanitary reasons.

  • Customers must check the size guide provided before placing an order. We do not accept exchanges or returns.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight imperfections may occur.

  • We do not responsible for any customs fees incurred by the buyer.

  • We reserve the right of final interpretation.
