- Shipping
Shipping orders are shipped within 5 business days via Australia Post. For international orders, parcels are transferred to your local carrier once they reach your country. - Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, uncollected delivery, or the addressee being unavailable, please contact Australia Post or your local carrier directly to arrange redelivery or collection.
- Sizing
Sizing may vary slightly between different designs, so we recommend checking the individual size guide for each item. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit!
- Product Details
Slight imperfections may occur, as each piece is handmade. Satin fabric may develop watermarks during ironing, this is normal and will disappear after washing before wearing.
- Care Guide
To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend gently hand washing them in cold water using a mild soap or shampoo. Items should always be washed with similar colours to prevent colour transfer, and soaking should be avoided as it may cause colours to run or fade. Pieces should be air dried only by laying them flat on a towel in a shaded area, as tumble drying can damage the elastic and affect colour. With gentle handling, your pieces will last longer and remain beautiful.
- Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, colour choice, or if the item is not as expected. Please review all product photos and videos carefully before placing your order, as they accurately represent the item you will receive. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund only if your item is faulty, or damaged. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return postage fees. Any approved refund will be issued as store credit.
