Why are there only a few sizes and always low stock?
We're still in the early stages of our business, so every piece is available in limited stock. We're also planning to expand our size range in the future.

When will my items be dispatched?
Ready-to-ship item will be dispatched within five business days.
Pre-order item will be dispatched after a month.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and preorder items, we will ship your entire order when the preorder item is ready.
If you prefer to receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please contact us to arrange separate shipments. Additional shipping fees will apply.

How preorders work?
Preordering operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you place your preorder, the earlier you'll receive your item.

When will my package be shipped?
If you're in AU, your package will be shipped 1-2 weeks after the purchase date. For international packages, it will take 2-8 weeks after purchase to ship.

Can I return my items?
Due to sanitary reasons, we're unable to accept returns. We hope you understand and appreciate your cooperation.

How long does it take to get an email response?
Please allow 48 hours to receive an email response.

Can I get a refund for my items?
Some of our items are make to order, refunds are not available.
